Eniac "Eni" Ijuuin is a co-main character of Woven Memories. He is a teenage boy born and raised in Spacity, Netopia. He greatly prefers to be called 'Eni' and not 'Eniac'.

He is a quiet boy who hardly ever changes facial expressions. He enjoys coding and baking.

He lives with his two moms who care about him deeply, smothering him with affection at any opportunity. Despite this, he lives a lonely, sheltered life from anyone his own age after being pulled out of school due to bullying that occurred because of who he is related to.

Not only can he trace his lineage back to Shuuseki Ijuuin, but also to Lan Hikari on his other mother's side. This is the source of a great deal of pressure on Eni as he constantly feels like he has to live up to expectations, despite his parents assurance to the opposite.

Personality

Eni is a quiet boy who likes to stick to the background to watch and listen. He's polite and considerate, but sometimes takes things people say literally which makes him look foolish. He cares a lot about his friends and is very loyal to them, constantly looking for ways to prove that to them.

He fears that he is not useful and will look for opportunities to help out in any way he can because deep down he fears being a burden.

He constantly overthinks things, trying to map out every possible outcome to avoid making a mistake. Conversely, if his friends could be helped by his actions, and he's any bit sure that he will be successful, he will jump on the opportunity and behave recklessly.

Appearance

Eni is a 14 year old, 5 foot 2 boy with short chestnut brown hair that has a streak of white on half of his bangs. His bangs are large and frame his face, folding back around his ears.

He wears noise canceling headphones that wrap around the back of his head and fingerless gloves that match in their scarlet and yellow color. He wears a black dress shirt with a light red short sleeve jacket with black sleeves. On his back he wears a blue messenger bag that holds a laptop that he uses to code with or play roller coaster tycoon 2.

Underneath his shirt he wears a rectangular pendant that has a small orb shape on it called a Holoject. This device projects floating hologram screens that he can interact with using his fingerless gloves.

He wears purple shorts and knee length black leggings along with light red and white boots.

He always wears the same facial expression, barely changing it unless something very emotional is affecting him. He doesn't like to show his smiles since he's been told by past class mates that he looks strange doing so.

History

Before meeting all his friends, Eni was a lonely kid who was home schooled after being bullied in public school for various reasons. He met Reg at NAXA when one of his moms brought him there, and after being saved by Reg, instantly became a loyal friend to him.

He met Ellen shortly afterwards and the two did not get along until reconciling after a falling out and resolving to listen to each other.

Relationships

• One.EXE: A good friend who reliably helps him navigate the world around him. He wants to support One more as he feels like their relationship is unbalanced.
• Reg Garret: A friend. He considers himself incredibly lucky to have met him and be his friend. He would probably do anything for him.
• Silver: A strange program, but can recognize that they have a lot of heart.
• Ellen Stream: A loud mouthed girl who is surprisingly understanding. He finds her funny, even if he never seems like he does.
• Cometman.EXE: A nice NetNavi who is very strong.
• Mel: An intimidating girl who is more similar to him than he expected initially. They hang out quietly and he considers her a friend now.
• Triese Abysa: A very energetic girl.
• Lan Hikari^CR: Recognizing that she is a Hikari who has a tumultuous family history, Eni thinks he has a lot in common with her. Sees her as distant family, like a long lost cousin or sister.
• Rock.EXE: A pointy Navi.
• Iris.EXE^CR: Instant friend. They don't talk much but they are assumed to be hanging out with each other in the background all the time.
• Netto Hikari^KQ: Initially petulant towards, but has warmed up to him over time.

Threads

• 2024-05-16: Dealing with Debugs - Iris^CR talks to Eni, One, and Reg about emotions and gets interrupted by Triese getting kidnapped.
• 2024-07-17: Arcade Dreams (of giant sheep) - Eni and Mel go to an arcade and fight a big bug virus that Mel put in one of the arcade machines. Mel gets giant Moloko plush.
• 2024-08-13: Into the blue - Reg and Eni go to the aquarium with Triese and Lan^CR both to check in on Triese and become friends. Everyone fights some WM viruses in a tank.
• 2024-10-05: Contain Yourself - Eni and Ellen help clean Mel’s apartment and organize stuff. Mel takes a look at One’s code and One can now use chips.
• 2024-10-07: history repeating - Eni invites Netto^KQ over to his great great grandma’s house so they could maybe learn things. An incomplete thread and therefore not viewable.
• 2025-11-25: Another's Shoes - Eni and Bambi switch places due to mysterious Arcana Virus activity and live a day in the other’s life.
