Netto Hikari is a main character of Keep Quiet, and the NetOP of Rockman.EXE.

Appearance

Netto stands at 6'5", with brown short hair. He is often seen in a custom puffy jacket bearing the Hikari emblem, which hangs off of his lanky form. Other times he is seen in a red undershirt that also bears the Hikari emblem.

Personality

Netto is optimistic, nearly to a fault. He loves his friends with all his heart, and wants to dedicate his life to bringing everyone into the bright future he knows is possible. In some respects, he's a little avoidant and naive- shielding both himself and his friends from the true impact of absence. Nonetheless, he copes well with stress and acts as an anchor for his friends and family.

Middle — Highschool Era

Following the events of Battle Network 6, Netto lived a much less eventful life. He struggled a bit throughout school with a minor attention-deficit, but managed to scrape by with Rockman's help.

While his life was going fairly well, Netto was aware his navi was beginning to struggle. He tried to offer his support, but was often out of his depth- Rockman was experiencing something Netto had no basis for, and therefore was struggling to understand. Their years of being a hero had effected him, but not to the delayed extent it was in Rockman. Nonetheless, Netto stayed supportive of his navi, and kept him involved in everything he possibly could- everything on and off the net he could convince Rockman to come to.
